Dossier request / intake 01

What happens after you send the form

You give a budget band, a timeline, a preferred marque, and the channel you answer on. We reply with a written dossier scope, a named fee, and the documents we need from you. No sales call is booked before that reply.

  1. 01

    Submit the intake form

Four fields: budget band, timeline, preferred marque, and contact channel. Consent and disclosure checkboxes sit below them, so read those before you send.

  2. 02

    We return scope in writing

Within one business day you receive the verification rows we can check for that segment, the rows we cannot check, and the fee attached to each block.

  3. 03

You open the case or close it

If the scope holds, research starts the same week. If it does not, the file closes and no fee is due.

No commission is accepted from sellers, dealers, or importers. The fee covers work only. Vehicle price, taxes, customs duties, registration, insurance, transport, and third party inspection stay outside it.

Dossier request / Form 01

Request a vehicle dossier

Tell us the car you are considering and the timeline you are working to. We reply with a written scope, a fee quote, and the checks we can and cannot perform.

Written reply within one business day. No documents are signed at this stage.

DOCKET 04 / DISCLOSURES

What this engagement does not cover

Three limits are printed here so they are not discovered later, after a deposit has moved or a vehicle has been reserved in your name.

Independence

datadjrivenvisitons.com is an LLC operating as a buyer-side concierge. The practice takes no commission from sellers, dealers, importers or auction houses, holds no vehicle inventory, and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any manufacturer or official dealer network. Fees are paid by the client only.

Fee exclusions

The concierge fee covers research, verification coordination, negotiation and documentation support. It does not include the vehicle price, taxes, customs duties, registration, insurance, transport, third-party inspection charges, or legal and notary costs. Those amounts are invoiced directly to you by the parties that perform them.

Verification scope

Checks are non-invasive. They rely on documents, service history, database queries and a visual inspection on site. No component is dismantled and no paint depth survey is performed unless commissioned separately. A verified row means the claim was confirmed at the time of the check, not that the vehicle carries no undisclosed faults. The full checked and not-checked columns sit in the process scope limits.

Status wording

Every verification row in a dossier is marked verified, pending or unverified. Pending means the evidence has not yet been returned to us. We do not upgrade a status without a document behind it, and we will not remove an unverified row to make a report read better.

Submitting the request form confirms you have read these limits and accept the handling described in our Privacy Policy. Service terms are set out in the Terms of Service, and general information limits sit in the Disclaimer. Questions before you submit can go to contact@datadjrivenvisitons.com.
