Rules for using datadjrivenvisitons.com and ordering our auto concierge service.

1. Provider

datadjrivenvisitons.com, LLC (EDRPOU 88974900), Kyiv, Ukraine; email contact@datadjrivenvisitons.com, phone +380 983 278 6254. Full address in the footer. We act under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII “On Electronic Commerce” dated 3 September 2015.

2. Service scope

We are an independent concierge service, not a dealer, seller, importer or carrier and not a party to any sale; the contract is between you and the third-party seller.

3. Fees

Fees and scope are shown before you order, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX “On Protection of Consumer Rights” dated 10 June 2023. Third-party costs (transport, duties, registration) are separate unless stated. Work starts after payment is confirmed.

4. Your responsibilities

Give accurate personal, contact and vehicle details, provide documents and funds when reasonably requested, and respond promptly; delays may affect timelines. Use the site lawfully — scraping and interference are prohibited.

5. No guarantee

We do not guarantee availability, price, seller acceptance, inspection results or delivery dates. Listing data comes from third parties. Our advertising is accurate and not misleading, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR “On Advertising” dated 3 July 1996.

6. Complaints

Complaints: contact@datadjrivenvisitons.com. We acknowledge within 3 business days and aim to resolve within 30 calendar days. Statutory remedies under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX “On Protection of Consumer Rights” dated 10 June 2023 are unaffected.

7. Data and cookies

We process names, phone numbers, emails and vehicle details to handle requests and perform our contract, based on your consent. Non-essential cookies require informed consent under Law of Ukraine No. 2155-IX “On Electronic Communications” dated 16 December 2022 and Law of Ukraine No. 3991-IX “On Personal Data Protection” dated 19 November 2024. We may update these Terms; Ukrainian law governs.
