Docket 02 / Four stages, printed scope

From written brief to handover in four documented stages

Every stage carries a timeline range and the actions the client owns. A stage closes only when its record is in writing, so the next one starts from a fixed point.

  1. 01

    Brief and market research

A written brief fixes marque, generation, equipment level, mileage ceiling, service history expectation and a hard budget ceiling. We return three to six candidates with asking prices, listing age and the known weak points of each model.

Client action Approve the brief and confirm the budget ceiling.

    Timeline

    5-9 working days

  2. 02

    Condition verification

Non-invasive check: VIN and registration history, paint thickness readings, service records and a third-party technical inspection where the client orders one. Each line is marked verified, unverified or pending, and pending items stay visible.

Client action Grant inspection access and confirm the workshop or inspector.

    Timeline

    3-7 working days

  3. 03

    Negotiation

Negotiation runs on the verification findings and only on the client's written instruction. The outcome report lists the arguments used, the arguments that did not move the price, and the final delta against the asking price. No price outcome is guaranteed.

Client action Set the maximum offer and sign the negotiation mandate.

    Timeline

    2-5 working days

  4. 04

    Documentation and handover

Seller identity and title review, contract reading, payment sequence, customs and registration paperwork. You receive a closed checklist with copies of every document. The sale contract is signed between the client and the seller.

Client action Sign the contract, fund the payment and confirm the registration appointment.

    Timeline

    4-10 working days

Ranges assume the vehicle is already in Ukraine and the client replies within two working days; an inspection abroad adds one to two weeks. Next: what the check does not cover.

Docket 03 / Scope of mandate

Checked by default. Not checked by default.

Every mandate is written down before work starts. The two columns below are the default boundary. Work on the right is quoted separately and happens only on written instruction.

Checked Included

  • Market research and price band for the requested segment
  • Vehicle history, VIN and registration record review
  • Non-invasive physical condition inspection
  • Mileage and service record plausibility check
  • Title chain and seller identity check
  • Negotiation executed on client instruction
  • Written outcome report with open items marked pending
  • Documentation checklist and handover pack review

Not checked Excluded

  • Dismantling, lifting or diagnostic disassembly
  • Paint thickness mapping and body shop teardown
  • Engine, gearbox or electronics bench testing
  • Third-party technical inspection reports
  • Legal title opinion and notary certification
  • Customs valuation, duties and tax calculation
  • Transport, storage, insurance and registration
  • Any guarantee of price, condition or availability

Repeating limit statement

The check is non-invasive. It does not replace a workshop diagnosis, a legal title opinion or a state inspection, and it is not a warranty of condition. Items outside this list are quoted separately and performed only after written instruction. Anything we could not close is published as pending or unverified, never as passed.

Docket 05 / Request

Ask for the vehicle dossier before you commit

The dossier records what was checked, what stayed unverified, and what we declined to sign off. One document, sent before any deposit leaves your account.
